ChiropractorDr. Alan Shell is a newcomer to Vancouver and has very recently moved here from Barcelona, Spain. He grew up in Winnipeg and moved to Toronto to study Chiropractic. After working in many different clinics and living in different countries, Dr. Alan has accumulated a wealth of understanding of the body, how it heals and how we can maintain our body health in a pain free manner.
Besides Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation, Dr. Alan has also integrated an Exercise Series which is efficient and short so people can do them every day. As well, he uses a variation of The Alexander Technique to re-educate one’s posture when sitting, standing and walking. Through these simple methods the body is allowed to heal and grow into a fully functional pain free person.
Through his travels, Dr. Alan has learnt to speak fluent Spanish and French and he understands adequately Portuguese and Italian. In his spare time, he is a percussionist and filmmaker and loves to work out along with socializing with friends and family.
